- Vehicle details (make, model, transmission type, etc.) — shared with drivers so they can decide if they are comfortable driving that vehicle
- Feedback or ratings for drivers
Automatically Collected
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address and approximate location
- App usage and cookie data (for analytics and performance)
2. How We Use the Information
We use your information to:
- Verify user identity and eligibility
- Match customers with suitable drivers
- Share trip & vehicle details with drivers without identity to help them accept or decline a trip
- Facilitate trip booking and communication
